Title: My Microsoft Account

Have just signed in to a microsoft account.  But how to access the microsoft program now, plse?  Have looked for it in my apps list, but no success.   Have opened each and every one  of them, but they are not my account.
 
Am lost !  kKndly help !

Are you new to Windows 8?
Have you used e-mail before?
