i recently got some images off another web site to use for mine. The pictures are a little small and of bad quality. So i went to clean them up and resize them. When i resize, the quality gets even worse. When i try to clear up the pic using the sharper/blur method, the pic gets blurry so it is no good really. i cant find the pic in JPEG mode, so how can i increase the quality and size of the image so it looks as good as a JPEG image? thanks in advance

Jamie.....Unfortunately there is little you can do . When you attempt to resize ( go larger the quality becomes even worse) . Sometimes using the sharpen feature will help some , but again it depends on the resolution of the original.
What editing software are you using ?
hope this answers your question.
