Well.. its new to me.
If you already have a Amazon account, you can look for free software for a PC. Really! For PC or MAC. Find Apache Office and Libre Office for download at Amazon.

I'm not certain I see any value in this. Open Office and Libre Office can already be downloaded from their websites.

Also, The versions on Amazon are over 2 years old.
