Title: Error loading image

I'm trying to fix up my computer because it has the windows\system32\config\system missing or corrupt problem and once i want to start the booting i get INT13/42h Read error (AX=10AB, DL=EF) Block=000147AB Error loading image: CDMENU.EZB I need help please

That error message indicates it's attempting to boot to the CD/DVD drive...
What exactly have you done...and what happened prior to this ? ?
