Title: Word 2013

Lately, when I open Word 2013, I get the following warning:

Document 1 WORD (Product Activation Failed)

Why? What's wrong?  I use windows 10 and I am a newbie.

My pc is an Acer laptop.

Did you purchase this software?  Did you have this edition of MS Office installed on another computer before you installed it on this computer?  When you installed it on this computer, did you successfully complete the product registration/activation procedure?

You have to activate your windows.

No, Widows is probably activated; if it wasn't, he'd have other issues.  But, he may need to activate Office 2013.
