Title: SO SAD - permanently deleted?

I think I have permanently deleted an entire folder and all of the contents (emails) from my Outlook Express.
Is there any hope for retrieving it, in any form?
Please help if possible.

Is it still in your recycling bin?  Or did you empty that?  You can restore it if it's still sitting in the recycling bin.

no, it's not in my recycling bin (the one on my desktop).
