Windows 7 computer.
Went into browser and reset to browser settings.
went into control panel, Internet options, and allow cookies is checked.
Where else to do I go to get Skype to open on this computer?
-
What browser and Version?
IE PaleMoon, ArticFox, Edge, FireFox, Chrome, Chromium...
Are you using we based Skype or the installed version?
-
IE 11
installed version of Skype. worked before on this computer. I even did the Skype software update this morning, but still gave me error.
-
What security software are you running?
Is this only happening when clicking a link in Skype?
Does this happen if you use a bookmark or manually type in a link in IE 11?

I am having same trouble trying to open Facebook on this computer in IE. I says that my cookies are not enabled, but they are. I have reset the security settings. See attachment screenshot.
I am using Microsoft security essentials.
I don't understand, can't I get a screenshot showing what all the IE explorer settings should be to enable cookies, and allow Skype to work?
That is what I need.

1) Try clearing your Temporary Internet Files Folder: Open Internet Explorer (IE11) -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General. In the section “Browsing history” click on the “Settings” button and in the next window the “View files” button. Delete all files from the Temporary Internet Files folder
2) Internet Options - Privacy Tab - Click on the Sites Button - Click on: Remove All
After doing the above, reboot. Any help?
