Loads fine for me. Linked site says it was last down a week ago.

Yes, microsoft.com is now OK here.
But an hour ago I could not get to it.
We live in Northern California.  So It might have been just a  regional traffic congestion. The MS site goes  to the MS store. Maybe a lot of people are shopping
Do you think others have notices this ?
