Hello,
When I start my computer I get , "your account has been disabled please see your system administrator" I have tried pressing F8 repeatedly on restart to try to open in safe mode, but it makes no difference. It just goes back to the same blue screen with the same message. I'm stuck. Any help appreciated.

What is the history of this computer... did this just pop up out of the blue or is this a decommissioned computer from a business or acquired from someone else? Do you have the media with the system repair disc or installation discs for Windows 7?

I now have a new problem, all I get is a blue screen saying, Your PC needs to be repaired. The boot configuration data is missing or contains errors, need recovery tools.

The computer is a recycled computer with a new product key, it has worked fine for the last 2 years, then all of a sudden this came up.

I have ordered a WINDOWS 7 Recovery Disc - Install Reinstall Boot Restore DVD Disk ALL IN ONE. I hope this is the way to go.
