In Office 2000 there is a utility in

Office tools-----> Ms access snaphot viewer

Why is it "MS ACCESS"?

Can i save a snaphot here and retrive it later in other file Like MS word.

Snapshot files (.snp) are a part of the MS Access program and are used as a way to save/email reports at a particular instance of time.

As far as opening the .snp file with word, I don't believe that is possible.  You can cut and paste the snapshot image into a word document though.
