Title: After Picasa

Now that Picasa is on the way out what are the best free image editing/storage programs available for non expert users - and could all my present Picasa content be easily transferred?  I know that Google Photos is being promoted as their follow up and I wonder if that's any good, and I'd like to hear any other suggestions.

IrFanView....still Free i believe.

Thanks for reply patio.  I had looked at IrFanView - I'll see how I get on with that.
