Haven't used that character myself in ages. Last use for me was in Word Perfect over 20 years ago. I went under the Double S name for it but knew it had many names so I shared the wiki on it.

It is not in every font
You can hold down the Alt key and type 21 on the keypad, or Alt and 0167
