Title: can anyone help on a 7zip command tidy up

Ladies and Gents

I have the following command that runs from cmd.  what im trying to do is to get to ask me what folder name is to be in "C:\Downloads\zipped.7z"  before it starts if I can

7z a -t7z -r "C:\Downloads\zipped.7z" "C:\Downloads"

Any ideas?
