Title: cmos battery

I hope someone could help me out here? I took out my cmos battery to reset the pw and now my monitor won't come on. Can anyone help me with this.

 rrc......When you turn on the pc ...what exactly does it do ?  Does the fan in the power supply come on ok and the fan on the cpu start ? Do you see any activity on the leds on the front of the case ?
