So pretty much what the subject says, my computer is freezing a lot. At first, it only happened when I played games by a certain developer, but now it's becoming a problem quite nearly every day. I have no idea what's wrong and would really appreciate some help.

We need some more details about the history of your computer..
Is computer still under warranty?
-
I built it myself last July, so less than a year, so I'm betting so.
Here's my specs:
Team T-Force DARK 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)
B350M Gaming Pro AM4 mATX Motherboard
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 8GB
EVGA 120-G1-0650-XR GOLD 650W Fully Modular Continuous Power Supply
AMD RYZEN 5 2400G Quad-Core 3.6 GHz (3.9 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD2400C5FBBOX Desktop Processor
and I just took the hard drive from my previous computer and put it in this one

Thats your issue right there...you cannot do that with a Win HDD...it has all the wrong drivers.
-
Okay cool, can I download drivers for it to fix the problem or do I need a new hard drive?
-
Dependin on the Win version what is needed is to run a repair install which if done proper retains all data...then when finished/prompted install ALL drivers for the new PC...
What ver is it ?
