Title: 'JAM INSIDE'
Post by: Jeffrey on August 30, 2019, 04:32:07 AM
I have a Brother DCP-7065DN. Recently,  when I push to print, the printer stops working and displays a message saying 'jam inside'. The problem is that there isn't any jam! I press the 'start' button and everything returns to normal - until the same thing happens again - sometimes several times a day. Can anyone help me to cure this problem?

Optical sensors (that detect jams because paper is outside the normal path) can be fooled by small pieces of paper debris, loose toner, dust, etc. Try cleaning.
