Title: Ps4 to phobe tethering

So my brother in law who is litteraly an idiot took an tried to pawn my ps4 that I had all my stuff on an till I'm able to find a brletter job we have no internet. So what I am trying to do is restore all my information for the most part back on it. So I have tethering enabled on my phone an the ps4 sees my phone an tell it to connect but, it comes back but, its coming back with. Can not connect to the server within the time limit. There mite be a problem in connecting. The server or service provider mite be busy. Nw 31456 9. Were trying to watch a movie an stuff to but I need the blueray code dl

If your phone plan aint unlimited and high speed a PS4 aint gonna connect...just sayin...

It should be for the first like 10 gb :/ I really wanted to see that with my kids
