Title: audacity crash problems

hi im having an issue with audacity crashing..when I record an lp thie first side finishes but the 2nd side it crashes..
im on windows 10 64 bits on a dell inspion desk top.i checked them hard drive and theres plenty of room..i have 3 softwares installed on my pc
ashampoo click repair and the aformented audacity..i contacted audacity forums and their not responding..any ideas whats wrong?

The issue may very well be Ashampoo...it's garbage
