Hello, I dug through my old box of disks and found an old game on CD called Pinball Illusions.
I tried to play it on my new Dell, ( I just wanted to test the computers abilities) the dell has a Pentium4, 1 gig ram 500 Gig hard drive Xp sp3, but it wont do anything.
SAGAME (https://www.ufa800.com/sa-gaming/)
When I tried to install it and run it a smallish box came up(looked like a DOS type install box) and words flashed across the screen then everything just went away.
End result is the game doesnt do anything and wont play.
I tried it in my other computer the AMD Athalon but same thing.
Am I doing it wrong?
Im thinking it may be too old for modern systems. or its me ( thats the most likely cenario)
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

It's a DOS game and you would probably need to install a program like DOSBox to be able to run it.
If all you want to do is play the game, it's available to play on-line here: https://classicreload.com/pinball-illusions.html (https://classicreload.com/pinball-illusions.html)
