Title: Bitlocker drive key lost, can I exchange the drive?

Hi, I lost the key for bitlock drive and my question is can I exchange the drive only to a new one so I don't have to buy a nre pc?

Yes sure you can. Just install a new drive and reload the operating system. You can also wipe your present drive and re use it. Bitlocker is software so is not linked as other encryption systems to hardware.
