I upgraded to Windows 11, with no apparent installation issues. I use a laptop with an external monitor as a second display. Under Windows 10, the windows were stable where I put them, but now, when I click in the other display, the windows jump around and it takes many clicks to get them sorted. This happens every time. One common use is to have a full-screen program on the laptop, with a browser on the second, to use as a reference. I have tried to find any relevant settings in the System->Display section, but cannot resolve this. Is there something different or missing in the Windows 11 settings? It's been too long since I set it up in Windows 10 for me to remember.
