Hi all. Do you know where I could get this computer part, please?  It is called... "DALLAS DS12C887 REAL TIME 9940A2 114258 PHILIPPINES".  Ideally, a seller who could post the item to the UK or Spain. Thanks a million.

Hi I checked UK suppliers for this chip and all seeem to only do it on special order with delivery in December

If you are handy with a soldering iron and have an etcing tool you could try adding an external battery to the chip as per this link

Don't be tempted to buy cheap pulled chips as the internal battery lasts around 10 years , so pulled chips you won't know how long it has been since manufacture.
