Recently, I upgraded my computer to a A-bit NF8-V2 motherboard with 1 gig of PC 3200 memory, a Seagate 160 gig harddrive, a AMD 2.6 gig processor, and a Nivida GeForce FX 5500. Shortly after I got it up and running, I tryed playing City of Villians, and shortly after I started(10-15 minutes), it would tell me the game encountered a problem and has to close. I've made sure all my drivers are updated and correct.

Is the game compatible with your system?
Flame

Yes.

Have you try Installing and Uninstalling the Game?
Have you try checking the game configeration?
Have you got anything running like mcafee and norton, you might have to turn them off before you playing a game?
Some of my games does this i fix them by doing the step at the top

Yes, yes, no. The customer support of PlayNC said updating my video drivers from the website of my card would help, but I'm still getting booted when I change zones(and bring up the loading screen), maybe its my resolution? 1024x768 seemed to work for awhile, but started getting the problem after I changed to 800x600.

I would agree with them

Really you shouldnt have problem with you PC if the Spec are met

I did update. But my computer rebooted in the middle of the session, thats a big hint that my power supply is too low. Turns out the box says its 230. >:( I'll have to get a new one. Hope this thread does something for someone in the future.
