I am using a Canon 3622 temporarily until my better printer is repaired. I put in fresh cartridges and have not done a lot of printing. The printer now says I am low on ink after only two weeks! Given the cost of cartridges, is there any way to add ink?

There is no way to add ink, short of replacing the cartridge, that I am aware of.
How is the print quality? I have found on my Canon printer I can continue to print quality pages long after the "low ink" message appears. (If I were a conspiracy theorist, I'd say it is just a gimmick by the manufacturer to replace the cartridges sooner than necessary)

The low ink may be a fake to get more money for canon. The old Canon which so far I haven't been able to find a local tech to fix was low cost on cartridges and they had longevity. With few choices I will keep printing ignoring the flashing code.
