Title: Script to maximize a program residente in the tray

I have a programa residente ProgressBarsOfLife.exe in my tray icon in windows 10.

I wish to maximize that program certain times by date and hour. How can I do that.
Or even when an event occurrs , like certain inactivity in my laptop.
