My pc automatically creates shortcuts in Windows 10 and sometimes tells me "This shortcut has been moved or changed; it will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete it?". My question is: how can i stop the pc from creating shortcuts? I don't need them, because once I am told that they won't work properly, I am left with the unreasonable option to "delete".
