Title: Hard Disc Drives

Can anyone tell me if it poss to get free software off the internet to test hard drives as I have new noises.

Mainly the noise is a whirring usually only when I am scanning the disc itself.

Can anybody help,   Cheers

yep.  goto the manf. site and download their diag. tools.
