have backed up data to CD.  When I try to open in QuickBooks I get message that disk is read only.  Make it "read-writable" and try again.  How do I do this?

right click on the disk....properties what is the format..cdf? o ropen /explore the disk? or search >http://www.qbalance.com/    what software was used in burning it?info on operating sytem..

You cannot change the read only attribute on cd-r media.

i no you cannot   change it  how its written to disk ... i know what i was trying to get to anne to  dragging the data back of it ?
