i need to know how to get back the adresses on the address bar  after they have been earased.

I'm assuming you mean the address bar has been removed.  Go to View - Toolbars - Address

There are a lot of freeware apps that will do that, but its more of an index.dat viewer that you are looking for.

Heres the first one I came up with
