Is it possible to change the dpi for an individual picture using MS Paint? If not, is there another program I can use to change the dpi for the image. I already tried changing the dpi for the monitor and some of the images adjusted to it and some of them didn't. I've accidentally changed the dpi for a single image before, but I never can figure out how it happened.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

MS Paint isn't really up to that kind of job; it has no resampling facilities and rather poor resizing facilities. If you're looking for a graphics package that will do absolutely everything, but which doesn't require you to sell your elderly relatives into slavery, I recommend The Gimp. It's free. You'll find a link in the software FAQ (follow the link in my signature).

You could also try Adobe Photoshop.
There's a chance you could get it FREE from your local library.
But it looks like The GIMP might be easier if you dont know how to user Photoshop.
