Title: Problem with File "MSVBVM60.DLL"

i am using win. XP, and each time i want to install,run or open a particular program downloaded from the internet.A message of the type "corrupt or missing file(MSVBVM60.DLL),error 10 or 126" appears preventing me from accomplishing tha task.
    May somebody help me out, am confused. :'(

Search the file name in google and download it. It goes in the %windir%\system folder.
