Now I tried to delete the IE Icon from the desktop but the Icon is still there.
(All "Internet Exploerer.lnk" files are deleted.)

Many thanks for reply FED.
It helps me only a little cause I have to allocate IE to 80 pcs.
That means 80 times clicking after allocation.
Do you maybe know the registry key?

I worked it out:
This reg key has to be changed to 0x00100024 (bzw. dezimal 1048612):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{871C5380-42A0-1069-A2EA-08002B30309D}\ShellFolder\Attributes=
and this one to be deleted:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{FBF23B42-E3F0-101B-8488-00AA003E56F8}
