I have, at the moment, windows 2000 Advanced server. My computer isn't working worth a darn...everything is very slow. I want to pu windows 2000 home edition back on. I dont have a boot disk. can I make one off of the windows 2000 Home edition disk? if not, where can I go to make one? It has to have fdisk and format on it.....I don't know windows 2000 very well. thanks in advance.

I think you mean Windows XP Home edition and not Windows 2000 Home edition, as there is no such operating system. ;)
If you put your XP Home into the cdrom drive and reboot the computer, provided your BIOS is set to boot to the cdrom first, the CD should spin up and give you the option of loading XP on it.

Download the bootdisk you need and..............

No need for a boot disk Street, W2K is bootable just like XP complete with all the partitioning & formatting options.
