What are you copying to?

And what's with the colour? That's a good way to overlook a dead RGB channel.  :P

Since we're on the subject of big numbers. how about my E-book collection?

The book is outlawed from printing, which makes it free to the public. Unfortunately, my copy didn't come with any pictures on the DIY silencer he describes. :(

I also have books on mind washing! And probably mind melting if I'd look hard enough..

Why is it that you do not recognize your mother tongue, Zylstra?

Well, I will go see what my sending speed is.

I know my hosting server recives data from FTP REALLY slowly.
But they dont know why.

(Edit: Then again, I cant find a way to find sending speed)

Open Bit Torrent, download something with a lot of leechers and then put your upload rate at 200Kb/s. Make sure there's no other net traffic interfering with your upload speed. Great way to test the maximum amount of upload speed.

Well, that's how I do it anyway. Any other suggestions?

You have way too much spare time on your hands Quatroking.  ;D

I saw supersize me a week or two ago or so, I really wanted a Big Mac and a Cheeseburger afterwards so I went to the McDonalds yesterday and I tried really hard to suppress a big smile; big, fat and bored housewives, screaming children and grumpy employees. Brilliant! Plus, McDonald has the type of fast food that just doesn't fill which is truly amazing. Capitalism FTW!

I saw "Supersize Me" two weeks ago in Gen. Health class. I always knew McDonalds had bad food... now I know.

You guys have any idea how friggin' small their McGriddles are? They're fattening enough as is, but it would have taken two to appease me! (I only had one, though...)

dutch and german are not the same.
Are they similar in many ways?  I have no idea but get the impression they might be.

Sort of. We have the same words, but different meaning to them. They also use a letter that we haven't got. I believe it's called an "Abstrophe". It's like a B .. But different..  :P

My German is very rusty.

one spun off of the other

EDIT:: i found the answer i think

http://www.lrz-muenchen.de/~hr/lang/dt-hist.html
Well, based a brief look at the article, I don't think I would say one spun off of the other, but there clearly are similarities.  I find this interesting because I have some German ancestry, and also come from a Lutheran family.

There are older Dutch and German words (krappe/krape) and an English version crappe that could have been the source. None of these actually mean  deficate though.
