Title: Help, extend drive space

Hi All

Im looking for some help i have a laptop with 2 drives c and d

my c drive is full and i still have 40gb on my d drive i would like to make some of that space available on my c drive i know you can change drive sizes i have seen it somewhere before but cant find it please help. im running windows xp
