Title: MY CD BURNER WONT WORK
Post by: nick_163 on September 28, 2004, 08:16:54 AM
I have an HP CD Writer Plus 8100 Series. My computer is able to read the CD rom drive just fine but when I am using a cd burner program it won't detect the CD drive and therefore I cant burn CD's. I have tried a bunch of CD burning programs, but none of them detect the drive. What can I do about this?

I would reinstall drivers for the *censored* of it to start off..... then I would try and get my hands on Nero....

There is a chance that it isn't even a CD-RW drive at all..... what kind of CD-ROM is it?
