Title: Hard Drive Full???

Before we installed more memory the hard drive was only used up by about 4%. Now it says it is 97% used up and we can't install any programs. Any help.

Diadra Kuns......Please describe exactly what you did prior to this happening......Try and be specific.
What operating system are you using ? Did you D/l any program updates etc.
