Title: Printer won't print color

My Epsom inkjet printer won't prnt color.  I put in a new color cartridge because the old one only printed certain colors.  Now it won't print color at all.

The computer is a Macintosh with Mac OSX.  :-?

Replace the black as well...

And clean the print heads.
