Title: resolution and color settings??

does anyone know how to fix the resolution and color settings?
i've tried multiple times but the settings won't apply when i restart my computer.
if anyone could give me some tips that would be appreciated

 trevor591...... Perhaps you could mention what it is your trying to resolve.....
What operating system are you using , when did this start ? What were you doing just prior to the issue starting ?
