Hey guys i accidentally pulled the plug from the socket (wall) and i get the usual 'windows could not start properly' message and the three links-safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with BIOS, last working config (or something) and start windows normally, i try enter any of these, it gets to the windows loading page then restarts and goes back to the 'windows could not start properly' menu, no matter how many times i click any of these they do the same thing over and over again.
any help would be much apreciated, thanks in advanced

When you see the boot menu with Safe Mode as one of the options, try choosing Last Known Good Configuration instead.

Tried does the exact same thing :(

I assume you have windows XP. Try installing the Recovery Console and using the fixboot or fixmbr commands

Two other things we can try:
1. Figure out why the computer won't start.
2. Do a repair installation (i.e., reinstall Windows).
To figure out what the cause might be, write down the stop error code on the blue screen that appears when you try to start Windows (it will be a code that begins with 0x and ends with eight numbers or letters). Let us know what that stop error code is so one of us can look it up for you.
To do a repair installation, you will need an actual Windows XP installation CD (but not a system restoration CD that you can make with a Dell or HP computer, for example). Here are the instructions for doing a repair installation:

You might lose access to some files (documents, music, images, etc.) after doing a repair installation.
