I unknowingly added a "desktop item" to my Windows Desktop that I know cannot get rid of.
How I did it. In IE, right clicked while on a web page. Selected the Set as Desktop Item option - it pasted a piece of the header on the desktop and now I can't get rid of it.
Tried going to the Control Panel to reset the desktop, clean up the desktop, etc. Still there.
Any ideas?
Thank you!

You're gonna have to reformat...
I kid, I kid. Right-click on your desktop and go to Properties. Click on the Desktop tab and then click on the Customize Desktop button. That will bring up another window. Click on the Web tab. Uncheck anything that's checked and OK out of the windows. Does this help?
