Title: Wavy Scroll

I had to reformat my hard drive and have finally reached the point of getting on line!  When I Scoll with the Scroll Bar the Page act all wavy and it wasn't like that before.  Where do I go to change the way the page scrolls??

You will have install videocard drivers.
