Title: unable to right click and explore

if i right click and try to open or explore i get an error message.then click"don't send".desktop wallpaper restores but icons and taskbar disappear.

Open what? Programs? Explore where? Windows Explorer?

Clcik start, run and type sfc /scannow.

it says"can't find sfc scannow"

an example,beach boys folder,explore contents.just wont do it!

You have to type sfc /scannow not sfc scannow.
