Title: TLS disabled? - Need Certificate - Anyone Know how to get a certificate?

I'm having a problem connecting to a server on DC++. When I try to connect I get this message

     TLS disabled, failed to generate certificate: The system cannot find the file specified.

I tried to generate a certificate from the settings section in DC++ but when I click the 'Generate Certificate' button it says 'the system cannot find the file specified'

Would anyone be able to tell me how to get a TLS certificate, or whatever it is I need, so that I can connect to this hub I'm trying to get into?
