What GUI does Windows run or use or watever?
-
Not sure what you mean. Windows doesn't "use" a GUI, Windows is the GUI.
-
Define exactly what you mean, your question doesn't make any sense.
-
Is this more homework? I thought school was out. ::)
-
Schools never out. In Linux you can choose which GUI to use like Gnome. I guess i dont understand windows very well. But windows is the OS does it have a seperate GUI or is it the GUI? I have no idea wats going on

Windows uses different themes - it comes with Classic (Win2k, basically) and two variants (blue and silver) of the standard Luna theme.
Does that go some way towards answering your question?

I already told you! Didn't you understand what I wrote? Windows is its own GUI. Graphical User Interface. Unlike Linux where X-Windows runs on top of command line OS, with different GUIs, Gnome, KDE NextStep etc.

Windows is the OS. Windows is the GUI.
Simple as really...
-
On Linux you can only choose from gnome or KDE, on Windows you can install curtains, drapes, Venetian blinds...
Just go to your local Linens 'n Things. :P
