Hi! i have heard that it is possible directly from windows (xp sp2) to increase the ram memory?
How do u do that? (if it is possible)

RAM is hardware.  If you want more, you need to buy it and install it, or have someone do this for you.

you could always play around with the page file size

That suggestion was probably confusing without any explanation of what "page file" means.  I'd bet he has no clue what you're talking about.  At least, he needs to understand it's not the same thing as "ram memory".
