Hello,
I am looking for a designer to a Home page(I payed a programmer but he never gave me the work). All I have is a screenshot of what he did, which I liked so there is not need for creative skills. All I need is the redrawing of what he did and just a few features added. If you are intersted please contact me.

Calum is probably a better choice than myself, but for curiosity's sake, I'm still interested in seeing what kind of layout your designer came up with.

It sounds like there's is more to this story than has been posted.

You might find that odd, but thats what happend not only with me but also 50 other people, luckily I paid throught Paypal and I got a refund.

However, fraud is fraud. Once it's been committed, regardless of whether you got your money back, it's illegal. Bust this guy. Anyway, I'd like to take a look at programming for you. I'm not super experienced, but I won't rip you off ;D. PM sent.
