More information is a must.
Do you have all of the latest patches installed?
What kind of error message do you get? What does it say?
Do you actually have the Windows version, or do you have the DOS version?
This is an older game, so have you tried running this game in Compatibility Mode for Windows 98? Windows 95?
Has this game ever worked on your computer before?
Please answer all of the above questions. I'm willing to bet that Compatibility Mode will help out, so be sure to try it. Just right-click on the executable file and go to Properties and then click on the Compatibility tab. Choose Windows 98 and click OK and try the game. If that doesn't work, do the same thing but choose Windows 95 (the version it was originally designed for). Let me know how it goes.
