Title: me jumper

i have a maxtor 20g hard drive which has jumper j50 master/single on, slave off. i want to make it my slave but don't know what to to change the jumper to. at the moment the jumper is vertical on the left side. maxtor model 32049h2.
 does any have trouble logging onto the seagate website?
