Try to update your DirectX...Install the latest DirectX...Usually the cause with that is the old Directx.
-
i got DirectX 9.0c, i downloading the 1.0 file and try to install but it didn't work, is 1.0 for Vista?

I assume you mean 10.0? According to Microsoft this version is exclusive to Vista.
The latest release versions of DirectX, DirectX 10 and DirectX 9Ex, are exclusive to Windows Vista. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direct_X)

If cleaning (http://www.computerhope.com/cleaning.htm) (do not use a vacuum cleaner) your computer does not resolve the problem. I would uninstall your current video drivers, restart, download updated drivers relating to your card or graphics adapter and then install them. If you have difficulty performing these actions in normal mode try in safe mode with networking enabled.

i think it's because my Drivers didn't pass threw Logo Testing.
-
Whats 'Logo Testing'?
If you mean they are not WQHL Certified or whatever then the driver was probably a Beta, if that is the case then my prior steps are still applicable. If you supply us with your graphics adapter model we can recommend the appropriate driver.

nVidia GeForce 7600 GS xD

If your OS is Windows XP 32-bit then follow my other steps, installing this driver in your old ones place: Forceware 94.24 Driver Download (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_94.24.html).
